If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you see your refund. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective. To complete the return, we need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for returns after 30 days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your payment method.
